Upheaval! 100 Souls! is the third episode of Kamen Rider Ghost: Commemoration! Short Stories, a miniseries produced to promote the film Kamen Rider Ghost: The 100 Eyecons and Ghost's Fateful Moment. It aired after episode 41.
Plot
Residing in his world of historical figures, Argos sends his three Dark Necrom minions to gather the remaining heroic Ghost Eyecons both there and in the "other world" to complete his quota of 100. Meanwhile, at the Daitenku Temple, Sennin notes that Argos is after our world and wonders if Takeru can defeat this other Ghost, realizing that, if he loses, the whole world will be destroyed never mind his hopes of coming back to life. Proclaiming that Takeru Tenkuji will make his dream a reality, Argos commences proceedings.
