The miniseries is divided into two segments, A New Power, which consist of 8 episodes from August 1 to September 9, 2012 and Shining Zero which consist of 15 episodes from December 12, 2012 to March 27, 2013. A DVD release of this miniseries was sold online in June 21, 2013 under the label Ultra Zero Fight Perfect Collection.
Luna miracle mode has super agility and a strong heart of love from Ultraman Dyna's miracle mode and Ultraman Cosmos's luna mode respectively, while the Strong Corona Zero has the full combat strength of Ultraman Dyna's strong mode and Ultraman Cosmos's Corona mode. Shining Ultraman Zero debuted part 2. It features Ultimate Force Zero battling Darkness Five, a group of monsters that includes Deathrem, Glozam, Alien Hipporito, Armored Mephilas, and Alien Temperor.

Story 1 : A New Power
After the events of Ultraman Saga, Ultraman Zero goes to the Monster Graveyard to train with his new powers. There, Zero encounters Gurashie Alien Bat; a follower of the original Bat that took over the alternate world. He revives various monsters from the Graveyard to fight Zero for defeating his leader.
Story 2 : Awakening of Zero
The Fanegon people are an alien tribe that were helped by Zero when they were attacked by King Silvergon. Their costumes first appeared in "stage production stage premiere Ultraman".
